This distance selling contract regulates the rights and responsibilities applicable to purchases made between you and Collection Sawa .

1. Parties

This contract is made between Collection Sawa (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the user who makes the purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement determines the rights and obligations regarding product sales made through collectionsawa.com .

3. Product Information

All products are handmade in Zanzibar. While we strive to present product images and descriptions accurately, slight variations are natural.

4. Order and Payment

The order is placed by the Buyer via the website and payment is received by the Seller through secure payment systems.

5. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the Buyer within the specified timeframe. The Seller is not responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order. The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Personalized, discounted, or used products cannot be returned.

7. Damaged or Faulty Products

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, Buyer must notify Seller within 3 days of delivery . Seller is responsible for correcting the problem.

8. Termination of the Contract

If one of the parties fails to comply with the contract, the other party has the right to terminate the contract.

9. Disputes

Any disputes that may arise from this contract will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
