We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, our returns process is as follows:

1. Return Period

You can request a return within 14 days from the date you received the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Personalized, sale/final sale items or used items cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

To request a return, email us at info@collectionsawa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
