DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

Article 1 – Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the BUYER and the SELLER , whose information is given below, at the BUYER’s www.collectionsawa.com It has been arranged in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of products/services ordered electronically from the website.

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this contract is BUYER's www.collectionsawa.com It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products whose qualifications and sales prices are specified below, which are ordered electronically from the address.

Article 3 – Product Delivery

  • The delivery time of the products is stated separately on each product page.

  • The products are sent to the address specified by the BUYER at the time of ordering, through the SELLER's contracted company, Kargonomi .

  • Delivery time may vary between 1–7 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal

  • The BUYER has the right to withdraw without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an e-mail to the SELLER within this period ( communication@collectionsawa.com). ) or written notification is sufficient.

  • When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, its packaging must be intact and in resalable condition.

  • After the withdrawal notice is received, the product must be sent to the return address via Kargonomi .

Article 5 – Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products, as per the legislation:

  • Products that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g. soap and personal care products)

Article 6 – Return Conditions

  • In returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, a refund will be made within 14 days after the product reaches the SELLER.

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used to make the order.

  • Shipping costs are covered by the SELLER or BUYER depending on the reason for return (by the SELLER if the product is defective).

Article 7 – General Provisions

  1. BUYER, www.collectionsawa.com He/she accepts that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales prices, payment and delivery conditions of the products on the website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

  2. Product delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER.

  3. The BUYER must check the product before receiving it and have the cargo officer draw up a report before accepting any damaged or incorrect products.

  4. After delivery, the responsibility of the product passes to the BUYER.

Article 8 – Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence or the SELLER's place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade .

Article 9 – Entry into Force

BUYER, www.collectionsawa.com By placing an order through , you declare that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
This agreement shall enter into force as soon as it is approved electronically.
